We have enjoyed using Crucial Web Hosting for our web hosting. Their support has been great. We have not really needed to use it much for other than customization requests.
Their Split-Shared hosting seems to have the extra power that is needed for e-commerce web sites since there are not so many sites utilizing the server like on other web hosts.
They have also helped us answering questions about Magento, which is one of their specialties.
