Crucial Web Hosting is not only the cheapest web hosting out there, it's the best. I have owned many sites with different web hosts, and only Crucial have I actually been impressed.
They mainly caught my attention because of all their features, like unlimited bandwidth, emails, unlimited FTPs, etc. Most sites make you pay extra for this stuff, but not Crucial.
