My original experience with Crucial was for a new website I wanted to build, and I was simply looking for low cost domain name registration. I thought their other services looked good and I loved the live chat feature, so I purchased the new domain with the intention of hosting it with my then current host.

Well, after several days of going back and forth with my original web host, they were unable to get my new domain to point to my hosting plan and they kept telling me they needed some other information or that Crucial was doing it wrong.

So I used the live chat feature again, and after much discussion about the current problems I was having, their service and support began to make more and more sense. They made an offer to transfer all of my domains and host them under one plan as I was doing with my other provider. So I compared what I got for the money and in the end realized that Crucial was offering me more capabilities and support for the same money.

I ended up tranferring all of my domains and my hosting to Crucial. I have been very pleased with their quick support and their reliability.

Their products are great and the level of service and support I've received thus far are exceptional. I will continue to be a Crucial client, and I am telling all of my existing clients, and of course all future clients, to switch to Crucial. I believe they offer the best value for the money.
