Crucial is my 5th host, and the service has been the best. I was at Media Temple before. Problems do happen, but generally things are sorted out quickly.
They are not the bottom of the barrel cheap, but once you've done that you want some service and speed.
I design sites and have referred many clients because I know they will get good service, I will not get complaints.
