I am very picky when it comes to web hosts. I've been burned badly by them more than once. However, when I saw crucial and the cheap price, I had to jump on it.
Since having Crucial, if I have a question or a tech issue, it's answered within a few hours, not the days others make you wait! The problem is usually completely fixed and ticket closed within a few hours. That is, if there is a problem.
I've found with Crucial my support issues went from weekly at my last host to almost never with Crucial. The service is very friendly as well. If you want a cheap, reliable host with a lot of value, Crucial is the way to go!
