I am posting this review in regards to Crucial Web Hosting. I had a reseller account with them from 06/23/2006 to 09/23/2006.
Their support is GREAT. Always quick responses and the fact that they used to have technical support via live chat was a plus for me (now they just have pre-sales and billing). They also used to support PayPal as a payment option but now it is just credit cards when you first order. I was afraid that since they were a newer company that they would not know too much, I was wrong!
Uptime was great, never had any downtime at all! Also, their setup time is extremely fast, once payment is received my account was setup instantly. I had a reseller account with 20 GB space and 200 GB bandwidth. They no longer have this exact plan on their website. They also seemed to have upgraded their servers to have more redundancy, which is a plus.
Great host for anyone, from beginners to experts!
