I found Crucial when I was looking for hosting on Web Hosting Talk. They've met and even exceeded my expectations as a hosting company.
When I talked to their pre-sales they answered almost immediately and were very helpful, which is part of the reason I went with them. Usually the chat guys are like robots, almost like they're reading a script or something.
What really amazed me was how fast their servers are. On my last host, it felt like it took forever for my files to upload, or even to get into cPanel.
I have yet to experience any downtime either, with the exception of one time on their old servers. They upgraded me for free to one of their new servers though, so I couldn't be happier.
I highly recommend Crucial to anyone looking for a reliable and fast web hosting company.
