I decided to go with Crucial a few days ago. The first thing I want to note is the extremely fast setup. It took only minutes after ordering for me to get started.
So far, I've experienced no down time. Their domain registrations are only $5.99, which is very cheap for a hosting company.
One of the great things about Crucial is the affiliate program, and their support is genuinely amazing. I submitted a support ticket because I was having trouble with nameservers from my previous host, and in 10 minutes I had a response from technical support and the issue was resolved.
You can tell Crucial cares about their customers, and they strive to keep them happy. I plan to stay for a long time.
