I can't say enough good things about the support I've received from Crucial Web Hosting.
The few support tickets I've submitted have been responded to in less than 15 minutes which blows away not only their advertised response time but also the competition (companies big and small).
The support is very personal and better than any I've received throughout 10 years of design/development work. I'm happy to say that I've finally found a hosting company in Crucial with which I'm 100% satisfied. Kudos!
